  • Claudia García is a talented Mexican artist passionate about preserving and sharing the beauty of Mexican traditions in Australia. Her expertise spans a wide range of artistic techniques, including traditional crafts, decorative arts, and cultural workshops.
    Deeply inspired by the Día de Muertos tradition, Claudia is committed to showcasing its profound symbolism and cultural significance. She has studied regional Mexican cuisine in Oaxaca and Monterrey and mastered ancient decorative and crafting techniques, infusing her work with authentic Mexican heritage.
    As the co-creator of the iconic Catrina Parade in Australia, Claudia has played a pivotal role in transforming Mexican cultural celebrations into vibrant, inclusive experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. Through her artistry, she fosters meaningful cultural connections, inspiring a deeper appreciation for Mexico’s rich legacy

  • Luis Garduño is a cultural ambassador, passionate about sharing the richness of Mexican heritage with the world. Born in Mexico and based in Australia, Luis holds a background in Industrial Engineering, blending strategic thinking with a deep love for Mexican traditions.
    A specialist in Tequila, Pisco & Mezcal spirits, Luis curates immersive cultural experiences that celebrate Mexico’s vibrant history, art, and gastronomy. His expertise in event curation, public relations, and international cultural collaborations has positioned him as a key figure in promoting Mexican culture across Australia.
    Through his leadership in Tlatoani, Luis continues to build bridges between cultures, fostering a greater appreciation for Mexico’s artistic and historical depth.

  • Celina González is a Mexican artist and creator originally from León, Guanajuato. With a background in Computer Systems Engineering, her passion for art led her to develop her skills in Monterrey, specializing in "Cartonería," a traditional Mexican papier-mâché craft technique.

    Known for its resilience, this art form—also called "cartón piedra"—is used to create striking three-dimensional sculptures that are part of cultural celebrations, especially the Day of the Dead.

    Celina's creations include piñatas, masks, dolls, and unique sculptures, many of which have been acquired by significant Australian companies due to their exceptional design and high-quality finishes.

    She is currently perfecting her English but is always willing to share her culture, offering a warm welcome to those who wish to practice Spanish while discovering Mexican art.
